Timberworks Barn Designs

If you like the idea of having a Post and Beam barn complete with living area above then the Timberworks Barn could work for you.

The Timberworks barn designs were based on a typical English 3 bay barn with living quarters above. The pre-engineered version has a 9.2 x 6.2m plan area which can be lengthened if required with minimal changes to the plans.  Timberworks can offer complete building consent drawings along with the supply and installation of the Post and Beam frame as a package.  This makes it an ideal design for the DIY builder who has the skills and time to finish the building off themselves.  The Post and Beam structure allows flexibility in the floor plan layout and positioning of internal walls which can be adjusted to fit the client’s individual preferences.
